Cadence is proud to be part of the Halo Project in Kilmarnock, and this will be our main location.

HALO is an imaginative, innovative, and inspirational regeneration project at the heart of Kilmarnock town centre. The HALO project will support the growth and resilience of the Ayrshire economy. HALO will create a dynamic commercial, educational, cultural, leisure and lifestyle quarter of the town, fuelled by renewable energy, where people can live, work, learn and play.

Strong commercial acumen has resulted in a track record of delivering business transformation and consequently profitable and sustainable business growth.


John Dougan - Co-founder and managing partner

With over 20 years in the contact centre industry John has been responsible for the growth of large client projects across the sales and service sector.

Creating a strong teamwork culture that promotes trust, respect, commitment, and dedication are key to John and form his core goals and values for Cadence.

This multi-faceted regeneration of a 28-acre site, formerly the home of Johnnie Walker, the world’s leading Scotch whisky, will generate £205 million GDP and will stimulate 1500 jobs.

We aim to deliver friendship, advice and practical help to all those who need it.

Cadence will also allocate a yearly charity budget to a range of local, national and global charities.
