As we mark our 4th year in August 2025, we have evolved from our Scottish roots to a dual-site operation, including a new facility in George, South Africa, to better serve global clients. For 4 years, we’ve been accredited as a Real Living Wage employer and ISO 27001/9001 certified, ensuring fair pay, data security, and quality excellence.

Malcolm has extensive experience in delivering omni channel solutions. An enthusiastic and motivational leader with an achievement-orientated and highly visible management style. Strong commercial acumen has resulted in a track record of delivering business transformation and consequently profitable and sustainable business growth.


John Dougan - Co-founder and managing partner

With over 20 years in the contact centre industry John has been responsible for the growth of large client projects across the sales and service sector.
