Cadence work in partnership with our client’s learning and development team to evaluate the training needs of the advisors, and create a tailor-made employee learning experience that equips and motivates the team to exceed customer experience requirements. We utilise a bespoke e-learning tool that covers all essential components, from GDPR and privacy through to advanced social media communication skills, which are then incorporated into the learning plan in partnership with our clients.
