Sales Executive

We are a dynamic, innovative customer management business that are customer focused in all aspects, from campaign development, to delivery, high customer satisfaction rating and promoter of best practices among peers with a growing reputation.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated sales executives to provide specialist advice and services on all aspects on behalf of our client. You will be handling outbound calls to new and existing clients to assess their music licencing needs and supporting them to meet their legal obligations, whilst promoting the benefits of music within their business. B2B/sales experience is preferred but not essential.

About the role:

  • Making calls to businesses across the UK to establish their current/prospective music usage
  • Speaking with potential new clients providing sales through service
  • Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Processing sales of music licences to businesses
  • Promoting the client and the service they provide, ensuring the customer and their needs are main priority at all times including the use of music
  • Ensuring all customers are compliant with legal obligations when it comes to the use of music in their business

START DATE: November 2023

SALARY: £22,880 + bonus (realistic OTE £26,000+)

HOURS: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

TRAINING: 2 weeks

LOCATION: Office Based. We are based in Scotland’s first HALO 28-acre site, in the heart of Kilmarnock. Local to both the bus (11-minute walk) and train (5-minute walk) station in Kilmarnock town centre. This carbon neutral building gives a fresh, vibrant feel for your workplace as well as amazing facilities onsite, including free electric vehicle and bike charging points, onsite bistro and breakout/food prep area.
